Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Isaiah Talk ("we," "our," or "us"), we are dedicated to providing compassionate, faith-rooted spiritual guidance and self-healing counselling for Christians. We want every seeker to have a transparent and fair experience with our services.

1. Overview of Our Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations are handled for counselling sessions, guidance packages, and consultations offered through isaiahtalk.com and our official WhatsApp guidance channels.

2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session under the following guidelines:

• Advance Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no extra charge if you notify us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a partial fee to compensate the spiritual guide for their reserved time.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

• Guide Unavailability: If your assigned Pastor, Reverend, or Bishop fails to attend the scheduled session or is unavailable without prior notice, you will receive a 100% full refund or a free rescheduled session.
• Technical Failures: If severe technical disruptions on our end prevent the delivery of your counselling session, a full refund or session replacement will be offered.
• Duplicate Payments: Any accidental duplicate transactions will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Completed counselling sessions or spiritual guidance conversations that have already been conducted.
• Missed sessions where the user failed to show up without prior notification ("No-Show").

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing inquiry, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team within 7 calendar days of the session date.
• Send an email to info@isaiahtalk.com or message our official WhatsApp support line with your payment details and reason for the request.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet).
