By accessing this Platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Isaiah Talk if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services Provided

Isaiah Talk provides a platform that connects individuals seeking spiritual guidance with Pastors, Reverends, and Bishops (Faith Leaders) for faith-based conversations in a secure, confidential environment. The Platform facilitates these connections but does not employ the Faith Leaders directly. The guidance provided is pastoral and spiritual in nature.

2. Disclaimer of Professional Therapy

Isaiah Talk provides spiritual and pastoral guidance, not professional therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, considering harming yourself or others, or dealing with a severe psychiatric condition, you should immediately contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional in your area.

Pastors and Reverends on the Platform provide faith-based support based on Christian teachings and are not necessarily licensed counselors or therapists.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• You agree to interact with Faith Leaders respectfully and appropriately. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Billing and Payments

When you access paid services on the Platform, you agree to pay all charges associated with those services according to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Time spent with Faith Leaders is billed as indicated within the App. The first minute of interaction may be free as part of introductory promotions, after which standard rates apply.

5. Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on the Platform provided by third parties or Faith Leaders. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your use of the Platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
